O Povo do Estado de Minas Gerais, por seus representantes, decretou e eu, em seu nome, sanciono a seguinte lei:

Art. 1º – Fica aberto à Secretaria das Finanças o crédito especial de Cr$555.379,30 (quinhentos e cinquenta e cinco mil, trezentos e setenta e nove cruzeiros e trinta centavos), para pagamento de despesas de exercícios anteriores, como segue:

Art. 2º – Para atender às despesas decorrentes da presente lei, fica o Poder Executivo autorizado a realizar as operações de crédito que se tornarem necessárias.

Art. 3º - Esta lei entrará em vigor na data de sua publicação, revogadas as disposições em contrário.

Mando, portanto, a todas as autoridades, a quem o conhecimento e execução desta lei pertencer, que a cumpram e façam cumprir, tão inteiramente como nela se contém.
